Don't think its a 12AX7 looks like 3 plates... looks familiar can't place it tho...
Ah,, 6AN8A was the one I was thinking of...

Kind of looks similar to a 6t8 but that one is taller

Ok how about either a pabc80 or a eabc80

The tube looks similar in construction to a 6T8, but will have a European designation maybe EABC80.

I agree,, it looks more like a 6T8,,, 6AN8A was the one I couldn't remember...
