Thanks for the compliment. The 105 2.8 came bundled with an Auto Sears 55mm f 1.4 which I haven't tried out yet. I want to compare it to the other 55mm f 1.4 lenses I have. There is an Auto Sears 55mm f 2.8 Macro heading my way and I am really looking forward to seeing what it can do.
I took a standard color image, cropped it and tweaked it with Photoshop CS2 and its NIK Silver Effects Pro 2 "antique plate" filter. The NIK programs are outstanding. This one worked better with a color original than it did with a B&W original.
