I just need to find a small DVD and Cd player. When I say small I mean less than 14:" across the front. Is there one that has decent sound quality at this size. I also need it to be able to hook to a dac. Thanks

Any DVD (or blu-Ray) player will play Cd's.
There's a plethora of small, inexpensive DVD players out there. Sony, for one, makes quite a few. If you go for a Blu-Ray player, it probably has wi fi and apps as well
Check them to make sure the player you're looking at has either coax or toslink outs. Not all do. The less you spend, the fewer the features you get.
Analog audio outputs are pretty much a thing of the past, The DAC will determine to SQ, not the player itself.
