Radio stations sound like the Gong Show (Durham, NC)

I only have NPR on anymore, thanks as much to living the Chinese curse as a lack of interest in filtering current music thru Sturgeons law. I haven't heard it there anywhere.

I was only hearing it on FM but now I'm hearing it on AM too, not that it matters on AM, I think it's weird I hear it at all. Seems they would fix that.
