Rare pair in Memphis

If only these were nearby, I'd bid. I've never seen another pair up for auction. I've been looking for a 10" woofer for the model down from these , the 476. and came across this ad. I have no affiliation with the seller, if any of you guys are near memphis and are looking for a great 3 way, these would not be a bad buy.

But.... judging by the woofer magnets, wouldn't they sort of lack bass?

Looks like the guy posed the woofers on the same cardboard he used when he painted the grills with black spray paint. Whaddaya think?

Edit: nevermind, the grills would be bigger than that.

two grills

These actually had a plastic grill over just the woofer and then a fabric grill over the front of the speaker. Thats how I ended up needing a woofer in mine. I pulled the cloth grill but didn't pull the plastic grill as it's screwed on, when I got my pair home they turned out to have mismatched woofers, both philips, but only one original.

The magnet on the Mach 1 woofer isn't much bigger and they have loads of bass. "Size may not matter" :scratch2:
