Re-stringing Tuner On KR-3090

So the tuner string on my KR-3090 is messed up. I think my daughter may have reached the dial and turned it too far to the end.
Does anybody know how to re-string the tuner section?
Maybe another receiver would be similar.

Good job, and welcome to the club! Dial strings are a real PITA, though if one does enough of them, they become less-so. Mostly.
