Realistic STA-720 troubles...

On my model the tr807 mosfet burned out, but i cant find the specs. Anyone know about it?

Not finding tr807 in the service manual, it ends at tr806

Can you identify any numbers / codes on the device?

Unfortunately not, but I'm guessing I miss-read it. It probably TR-801, which in a sanyo 2SD600 I believe.

Can you describe the symptoms the unit was experiencing. That transistor resides in the power supply board. Did you check voltage on coming out of power supply? Service manual shows this for voltages:



My guess is you want to get readings from pins 5-9

The unit turns on but doesn't output sound. I've already acquired myself a replaced part, but I'll see if I can get a reading.
