Hello. I have a friend in Reno with a Pioneer SA-9900 that needs tech services. Any advice?

To clarify above....all he needs is to have the phono board solder points reflowed on a Pioneer SA-9900. The unit has all new transistors and caps. Has a cold solder joint in the phono section.

Easy job. ..bottom cover off reveals the bottom of phono board.
