Repair Yamaha R-500 for Denon AVR 3802?

Looking for tech in SF Bay Area who can fix my yamaha R-500. I believe year 1983, last year yamaha made analog receivers before everything went digital. I am original owner saving it for nostalgia. I left it playing on low volume overnight, and next morning it wasn't the same. Sometimes it works for first few minutes, then it sputters out. The IC amplifer chip was replaced with quality repair work several years back, the only real repair history. Some other part appears to have burned out and I have no skills to diagnose or replace. Thinking simple part replacement would do the trick. Original retail was approx. $275, so its not worth paying $100/hour to repair shop. However, in exchange for repair, I can gift you Denon AVR 3802, fully funcitional but lost the remote. That's superior amplifier, original retail $800, you know all about it. Is that reasonalbe exchange worth your while? I can deliver and pick up. I will pay for any new parts. Just need the expertise. Anybody game?
