Revox a77 power supply

I've got a Revox a77 mk3 high speed version, and the 2A fuse has popped on the power supply board. This is for the 27V supply that works the logic control relays and solenoids. Testing the DC resistance reveals that the supply (after rectifier and capacitor reveals 0.6ohms, or round about 40A! Protection diodes on relays and solenoids are fine...

Most other people I've found have had problems with the 21V supply, but mine is fine! Capstan motor turns fine too...

Anyone else had these problems?
