Revox PR99 record problems

I have an other PR99 defective..Problem with recording. I want to do recording.
I flip the "ready" switch to record on both channels but the Lights are comig on without pushing PLAY+RECORD buttons. Then I want to record but its only playing back, record button has no effect.
I read the user manual and the light should not come on until P+R buttons are pushed. Is that so on yours?
I was also looking for audio interconnect board schematics not layout only. I can't find anywhere.

I fixed this issiue by replacing the Q5, Q7 - Q10, Q12, Q14 - Q17 with BC 550 on the Tape drive board (1.177.317-13)
