Rhodium plated connectors?

Rhodium seems to emphasize the treble a bit and is somewhat leaner compared to copper or gold. Like all plating/coatings, how durable it is will depend partly on how thick it is.
AS always, YMMV.
Jack

I have a cable with rhodium plated jack plugs that i use on my headphones i've had them a couple of year now and theyve had a lot of use. the plugs still look like new.

I like rhodium plating for its durability and oxidation resistance. I'm one of the fortunates who can't hear the difference between metals, but can hear degradation when oxidation hits a critical mass.

I use them, cause i allways buy the same furutech's , because they rule quality/price wise and wbt's costs me 20 euro more, and i don't here a thing different(duh). And i simply don't know a store which delivers me fast other brands, yes the cheap once from 2 euro, but those are bluilt from thinner metall and those plastic instead of teflon spacers.
