RT-707 - Transistor - 2SD634 - Equivalent?

Any help is appreciated, I'm trying to find an equivalent to a transistor 2SD634 - the id in my schematic is Q402. I have discovered it is bad in my RT-707. I'm getting a bit of confused with which equivalent would be the best fit. My model is the international multi-voltage version, and most of the info out there seems to be about the US version where the transistor at Q402 is a 2SD525, so don't get it confused with that.

I can't seem to find any equivalents to the 2SD634 on any local Australian electronics parts suppliers. Was hoping to find something locally before I order internationally as international postage screws us here. Does anyone have a equivalent replacement they would recommend?

2SD634 is a darlington
2SD525 is not

Look at the specs for

match the specs at Mouser to be the same or better. This will give you a list of possibilities

Thanks guys, That was helpful was able to find a couple locally that will hopefully do the trick, find out when they arrive.
