I have a nice SA-7500II that I want to refurbish and give to my son.
I found the March 2015 dbayles recap list, and will be ordering soon.

Meanwhile, are there any problematic transistor types in the SA-7500II that I should replace?
These are the types listed in the SM:
2SA640
2SC1222
2SA798
2SC1438
2SA857
2SB527
2SD357
2SC945
2SA733
2SC1166 (alt 2SC1384)
2SD325
2SB526
(2SB618 outputs)
(2SD588 outputs)

Thanks,
Paul

The two 2SA798's are a known issue and randomly give up or get noisy. The sub is to take two each of a KSA992 and connect them together at the emitter. See Below

That's seen from the top. Solder the middle legs (emitters) together in the same hole. You get:

B
C
E
C
B
