If it's new (it should be) that's a bit high, but it shouldn't cause problems.

Hello Mr. Hyperion. What do you think about the wrong values in for R31 and R28? I have been checking all my work on driver cards vs an original unmolested card. I'm Heading out to barn now to finish her up.
With them as you had them - as 470Ω rather than 47Ω - that will have made a big difference to your ability to set bias.
Usually people get the bias trimmer value wrong, (or don't turn it enough), or the 4.7Ω base resistors wrong, or the emitter resistors for the power transistors wrong - all of which have a huge influence on 'bias' and the ability to set it.
