Hi guys,
I was gifted this nice deck. After thorough cleaning, rebuilding the power supply and replacing all belts it plays very nicely. However, I sense that there is a problem with the machine. The issue is that when playing a tape, sound outputs over the REC RCA outputs instead of the PLAY outputs. It's playing fine over headphones. Now, this might be a Sansui thing but i'm guessing something is wrong with the REC / PLAY system.
Who knows if i'm seeing ghosts or if there is indeed something i've been missing?
