Sansui SP-5500X

I've been thinking about horn speakers and now have a chance but don't know if it's worth it.
There is a local Thriftstore nearby selling them at $50 a pair. I notice that the super tweeters are missing but the other drivers still there. Questions to knowlegeable people.

1)How difficult is it to find the supper tweeters?
2)The cabinets look beat-up . Is it difficult to restore them as I've never done this before?
3)As far as horn speakers are concerned how do these compared to similar JBL horn stuffs?

I just bought a pair of these for $80, think of flipping them. After listening WOW! These speakers a musical. Very detailed sound. They are now my main speakers in my vintage stereo system. So easy to listen to, very enjoyable.

Congrats. I think these old Sansui speakers are way underrated. I would recap, clean all contacts, add poly fill, and put them off the floor. They may sound even better after. The grills are the bomb with that beautiful artsy vintage look!

I am am scared I will mess up the sound if I change the crossover caps. I am even scared of damaging the woofer and mids surrounds, so I did not clean all the dust from them. I just cleaned the cabinet with a microfiber cloth, and used a soft fine brush to remove most of the dust from the surrounds. If and when the sound degrades, I will replace the capacitors. Thanks
