Scope probes, I want to ask you poeple

The probe that I use on the right channel of things here, did it's last, today. There is a metal piece in the plug, that goes over what looks like a small PC board, that snapped in half. I'm working with a Leader 20 Meg. 1021 scope.

I need a replacement, or a pair, of probes. And to say the truth, that one has been a problem all along.

Would someone let me know what to buy, for probes that will last?

Any help, please. Mouser or Digikey, maybe.
