I bought a pair of SE-305 headphones (+/- 30 years old) off ebay a few years ago. After a year or something, the sound on the left side started to cut out sometimes, caused by a bad contact probably. If I fiddle a bit around with the cord, the sound comes back. I think the bad contact is located somewhere in the left ear cup, so I want to disassemble it so I can repair it. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to do so yet. Which steps should I follow to disassemble the ear cup?
