Today's lesson-educate the sellers on ebay so you don't receive speakers like this...

Any ideas who might be able to salvage these or are they totalled?

OH! That's gotta hurt! Frames-one is fine the other (dented) has some warp in the frame. Ruh Roh. I'm smelling burning bread...thanks for that Zonker!

GPA? Sounds too much like school... On the other coast here I was thinking of Speaker Repair Pros (formerly Orange County Speaker)
 
Have Gordon W re-cone them as 414 woofers.

GPA is under new ownership/management. Bill H is no longer the sole proprietor. Prices have escalated sharply.

EDIT: Given the OP's location, maybe check with Orange County Speaker's successor, or another re-coning service less than a continent away.

Seems like this always happens with examples where original parts are long unobtanium.
