I am looking to upgrade my system and am currently looking at my receiver.
I have 4 Receivers:
The one I currently use in my main system - Pioneer VSX-305 receiver
The one I used to use but is now not working -Technics SAGX650
The one I currently love but has only one speaker output and no phono input - harmon/kardon AVR65 (I am researching speaker switch boxes and phono stages)
The recent and untried aquisition - Kenwood KR-V7020
On Craigslist there is a very pretty $75 Lafayette LR-3030 (with unidentified speakers). What are your thoughts? Buy the Layfayette? Or should I save the money and move onto a better setup, perhaps a separate amp and tuner? I can afford to spend more money for better sound. Thanks all.
Steve
The rest of the components:
I began the upgrade process with speakers, to Craigslist Bang & Olufsen Beovox RL140's.
Yamaha CDC 625 cd player.
Dual 1218 turntable.
