    Nice setup.
To protect the surfaces of my speakers, I put always a very thin, transparent film from car tuners on it. Self adhesive and you always could remove it without traces. Looks a bit more elegant.

Started off as a $3 JVC portable cassette player I bought from a Facebook sale site.. after the original deal, I sent the seller a message letting them know what I collect.

They replied saying.. "yes, they have a few things in my list" so I really had no idea what they had, but I met the seller at a storage facility, and as soon as the door was opened I knew I had to have it.

Everything came with the original manuals and sales receipts. This is just the Sansui equipment, there was also some Technics, Akai and Panasonic.

The story I was told was the Hubby bought all the stuff brand new when he was stationed in Guam. Makes sense because some of the warranty cards say "military purchase only"

Great story - great find. I like it pretty much if all is complete and has a story.

I didn't know these were sold in the US?

lol...no the Fiat wasnt in the deal, I bought it in 2014 so they have been around a while now. Its great for zipping around town... but Ive also taken it on a few 6 hour road trips and it does fine! My son bought a red one.

Came across this recently in the recycle pile, I decided to get an AU-9500 to go with my TU-9500 but this may do. It's a second system, the 8700DB is downstairs. Sounds great

Scored this QRX 4500 recently......... Using it as 2ch only for now, loving the sound. Plays perfectly , only the cabin will need some polishing.....
Would it make a difference plugging my tt in the unswitched plug in the back of the amp? Also should i have it checked for caps etc? Previous owner told me he only used it as a tuner....

Main system in Family Room (very outdated picture but essentially correct). Can't see SR-636 or SD-7000 on right. Need new pictures!

Thanks! But now I'm being told I'm not allowed to play the AU-919 anymore until I get it rebuilt. :( This sad face is not nearly sad enough. I know they're right and I've known it a long time but it's just so depressing.

So I'll go in the other room and play the G-801!
