Shure M97EJ ERA IV Stereo Cartridge

I bought and just received a Shure M97EJ ERA IV Stereo Cartridge. Seller said he’d had it for a few years but it sounded very good. Well, by the way it sounds, he didn’t play a lot of vinyl on this cartridge. It sounds excellent!! I'm tracking at 2 grams. I didn’t have to add any capacitance like I do with the Shure M91ED. It’s got great bass and the mids and highs are smooth and crisp with excellent detail I ordered the N97HE STYLUS from LP Gear. Should be delivered on Monday. I'm listening to Hank Mobley "High Voltage", Thelonious Monk with John Coltrane and Sonny Rollings "Newk's Time".

I'm really impressed with this cartridge!

Congratulations--always nice to hear when someone is pleased with a product. It will be interesting to hear your opinion of the LP Gear replacement stylus.
