So, greetings from SoCal.

I think KLH9 has the most inches so far and mfrench is in last place even though I think he's gloating about his warm weather. :D

No snow of significance here in the greater DC area yet -
If we get them, we usually get the dumps in February -

Here's one from Feb 6 2010 ...

We stayed home and roasted a fine pernil that day. So, we went out and shovelled the walk,
and when we went back in, the house smelled so nice (and that pork was Soooo Good!!) !

No snow of any note this year,it been pretty light. In 1995 klh9,s pic would of been considered a light dusting .5 feet in a day and a half and over 10 in less than a month.Business as usual.Lake Superior can push the snow north or south of us pretty easily but when she decides to dump on us it can really dump.Last year I snow blowed every day pretty well and total bank height at end of drive was over 20 feet.I will try to find some old pics but just imagine walking off of hjames roof and not going down more than a inch! New Braunfels, TX this past December. We got a half inch and it all melted by noon the next day. Nashville, AR seems to be similar weather wise.
