Songs with a great Bass Line

Enjoying the bass line on "every little thing she does" right now by Sting and the boys...also enjoy "when the world is running down" too....

Just ran across "Can't Touch This by MC Hammer" Great Bass Line.

...which was actually a taken from the Rick James song, Super Freak.

And I'll add "Chevrolet" by Taj Mahal. Love that bass line!

"Black Magic Woman" by Santana
"Dazed and Confused" by Led Zeppelin
"Rock the Casbah" by The Clash. I have the 12" single and the bass line on that is heavier than the one on Combat Rock.
"My Hero" by the Foo Fighters
Those are a few that I personally enjoy.

The Real Me - The Who

With A Little Help From my Friends - Beatles or Joe Cocker

Badge - Cream

The Wind Cries Mary - Jimi Hendrix

Flight of the Cosmic Hippo - Bela Fleck and the Flecktones

Aside from the already mentioned great ones like The Real Me and Andy Fraser of the Free (esp. on Mr Big) here are a few I like:

Beck Bogert & Appice doing Superstition
The Police - The Bed's Too Big Without You
The Gang Of Four - Not Great Men (and lots of others)
Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin) as done by Sly & The Family Stone, but it's just as good by Magazine.
