Sony PS-X75 "Biotracer" Turntable

Anyone got one of these? Just curious what the general concensus is about the "Bio-Tracer" Tonearm. Good, bad, whatever?

I used to have one but I'm not really sure if it was any better than a conventional arm. Being able to change the tracking weight whilst the record was playing was quite handy for fine-tuning tracking weight, however.
