SONY ST-A7 new PCBs

    Hello,

    You certainly know this very famous tuner from SONY, double display analog and digital, Xtal lock and 14 kg on the scale.

    But as many other units as PS8570, TTS8000, TC-K88 this tuner is using double side PCB. Unfortunatly those PCB were made without metallized holes making those units very unreliable.

    I recently redrawn the 3 PCB and here is the result.

    Yes it works fine ! The locking is perfect and the display never fails.

    Fabulous work by Patrick; I have seen it in reality :beatnik:

    I propose that all A-7 owners on AK come forward to organise a small production series, exclusively for ourselves :cool:
    I understood that full silk screen version with printing would be made if a given number of boards is requested,
