I got a nice Sony ST-S333esg , that thing is amazing, the best tuner i have so far, best sound, the ergonomics are fantastic, better than any analog, the only thing is not good at dixing.

It only has 4 filters, I am think about replacing the narrows for matched 150 ? should i replace the wide for better sound too ?
was the Sony ST-S333esg sold in the states ? cant find any information

    here is the review http://nice.kaze.com/av/st-s333esg.html

Narrow filters will degrade the sound. They're mostly for eliminating or limiting
adjacent station interference. They also don't make any difference in
sensitivity. Not much to do about sensitivity, unless it needs an alignment.

If it's got an 88-108mhz FM band and 117v supply, it was probably sold in the
US. Lack of information suggests that very few were.

it appears to be an american model, I got the 88-108mhz FM band and 117v supply, and the coax connection, I guess I got lucky.

it uses pretty much the same motherboard as the SONY ST-S333ESXII wich is the same as the st-730es, i am super happy with the tuner only $75
The tuner sensitive is ok, nothing out of the ordinary, I just want more performance for dixing that all

The T-85 is probably the most affordable super tuner at the moment.
