spec-2 to 220volts

i'm new to this site and would like to know how to convert my spec 2/spec 1 to 220volts.

Unless it has a switch on the back "usually rotary" that would allow you to change the voltage I think your out of luck.

You might consider a voltage converter. Here are a couple of examples.
You would need to get one large enough to handle the current draw.

I agree Glen, it should have a rotary knob on the back about 1 1/2" in diameter that can be rotated to select input voltage.

If not you can alway's send it to me !!! I need one that runs on 110v

thanks for the info. i'm in the process of buying a step down transformer, 1500va. this will handle the SPEC1/ SPEC2, RT909,
CT-F 1250. everything is rack mounted to JA-R2S. this is my bedroom system.

Actually on the SPEC-2 amp the voltage selector is obscure on the left side when facing the amp. It has an almost camoflauged sliding switch barley visible in the pic below.
If its not there you will have to proceed with step-down measures.
