Stereo Rehab in Chicago...MIA?

Howdy all...I was looking to have Stereo Rehab in Chicago do some work for me, but I have sent three emails and made a couple of phone calls with no response...is that normal?

I don't want to drive into the city unless I know Casper's willing to do the job - some turntable servicing and mods - but I can't seem to get ahold of the guy! Any thoughts?

I use DelTronic's in Woodridge for all my Stereo repair. Mike there is reasonable, and is pretty quick with repairs, also, he does an excellent job.

I've read good things about stereo rehab. I have no first hand experience.

I'm guessing Casper is once again swamped. When he gets that busy communication falls behind. He rarely stops a repair to take a phone call. He is a one man operation. Patience, while difficult, is necessary. I have found it well worth the wait

Also, I believe he is moving the shop to Skokie, he's generally very quick to reply

I have personal experience with Casper and communications can be less than what you’d expect. His hours of operation are odd too. Like evening hours.
