Hi, Reed. Welcome to AK. Here's a shot of the IBAM I just put in my 500B. I did indeed route two of the grid resistors directly to the board for after removing their leads from the tie strip--both resistors for each pair connect to the same tie point. Then I sent wires from the IBAM board to the tie points for the remaining two. This way, I had no flying leads. Works fine.
