We had one of these in our store and I finally found a picture of one out on the 'net. (not my pic)

ns1000m.jpg

The full size image has details like:

Tweeter magnet, 20,000 maxwells, 1.18" and 0.03 grams

Midrange magnet, 130,000 maxwells, 3.45" and 0.6 grams

Woofer magnet, 200,000 maxwells.

Copper limiting ring on pole piece to reduce distortion etc.

Enjoy.

We can't have the link to the full sized picture? You holding out on us? Wanting to bring another tidbit of information to this thread every few weeks? Thanks for posting.

Some of the demo pieces the manufacturers made are kinda cool, and some working examples, the plexiglass ones seem to be popular with some collectors. I always liked the 1-foot tall Magneplanar we had. The grille was hinged to open the speaker and the perf plate with magnets would fold out to, revealing the Mylar diaphragm and the voice coils for the woofer and tweeter. Non-functional though, but Magnepan now produces a speaker about that size.
