first the PNP: Q20
black lead to base, red lead to collector, result = 625
black lead to base, red lead to emitter, result = 634
red lead to base, black lead to collector, result = OL = No conduction
red lead to base, black lead to emitter, result = OL = No conduction
black lead to emitter, red lead to collector, result = OL = No conduction
red lead to emitter, black lead to collector, result = OL = No conduction

next the NPN: Q19. Q25
black lead to base, red lead to collector, result = OL = No conduction. =OL
black lead to base, red lead to emitter, result = OL = No conduction. =OL
red lead to base, black lead to collector, result = 620. =624
red lead to base, black lead to emitter, result = 614. =628
black lead to emitter, red lead to collector, result = OL = No conduction. =OL
red lead to emitter, black lead to collector, result = OL = No conduction. =OL

It appears the findings are in the range the post talked about. I'll let you determine if there may be a problem. I went back and read all the posts again. I never checked the resistors in the fiberglass. I see I need to remove one leg, then set dmm to ohms? Also, when you said check the diodes for voltages, were you referring to the 8 in the area you highlighted or more than that. Now that i have the schematic you provided things are a bit more clear. I will re-solder the diodes I installed as I am improving at soldering. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks, Matt.
 
I had the results all lined up in columns. It didn't stay that way apparently. The second set of numbers in the same line are for the other transistor Q25. Sorry for the confusion.
