Sx-990

I know there's already a thread for this, but I can't get an answer. My SX-990 reads 130+mv each for dc offset. How do you adjust it, or is it one you can't adjust?

I've got a service manual coming. If my altzheimers does not override my intentions, and the answer has not been forthcoming before the manual arrives, I'll post your answer. I have a real nice one that I'm refurbing for sale as we speak...

The SX-990 is cap coupled so you need to check it with speakers attached.
No input or volume though.

Rather than using speakers and risking damage, you can also connect a small resistor across the speaker terminals.....

Check out the DC offset thread starting at post #618 for a discussion on this procedure on my KA-2002A amp.
