SX D7000 Fix & Restoration Project

Good news :
There was NO continuity between pins 1+2 on each side when relay is energized . On the 3+4 pins no problem = continuity exists with 0.15ohm stable reading.

What I did was , playing a bit and moving pins # 2 , 1 millimeter and also the same on the other side , and Vualla ! it maybe was bent a bit .
Strange that also on the other side was the same.
Anyway , got the relay back in place on the pcb , and soldered everything how should be , got 48V to the coil pins and checked -
1+2 - conduction.
3+4 - conduction.
When relay is not energized - No continuity .
Things are ok now.

Hi Mark…how are you doing? I have a Pioneer CTF9191 that needs the clutch rebuilt…I actually have it being repaired at Misfitz here in Grand Rapids, MI…would it be possible for me to have him send you the assembly to be rebuilt and how much is your fee for such service?
