Good morning all. Just picked up a nice 122 MKIII for $75, all functions except pitch works just fine. It's a nice piece.
It came from a speach therapy clinic and, for whatever reason, the range of the pitch control seems to have been changed, there was a note taped to the machine say "Pitch Control Modified"
When switched on the pitch control works perfectly, but even at max setting Sarah McLachlan sounds like Louis Armstrong!!!
I've not opened it up yet but I think I would expect to see an extra resistor perhaps in circuit to reduce the whole range.
Any comments concerning this? and can the pitch control be set "Normal" and the variable isolated.
Thanks
Ian
