Taya FP 400 TT Belt?

I set a buddy up with this table a couple of years back and this weekend the table lost speed. I determined the belt had dried up and needed replacing. I tried Googling it to find a size or part # for a new one and couldn't find anything clear on this one. Anybody know what belt I should be looking for or have a good link so I can look it up myself.
