I'm a technics fan and I have a Technics SL-PJ37A.
I've been looking at some better, "top of the line", CD players available out there and would like some feedback from people.
what i've found is that the newer the cd players, the lighter they were. My guess is that electronics just got better?
i've seen :
SL-P777
SL-P770
SL-P900
SL-PS770D
SL-PD887
SL-P50P (couldnt find one yet)
SL-P1200
SL-P1300
I've seen that a few are class A, class AA, 4DAC, MASH, 1bit MASH, etc.
i see that the SL-PS770D(1bit mash) is the one with less distortion and had a backup battery for circuitry.
but the SL-P1300(classAA) would be cool to show off to friends.
but which one would have better sound ? my guess is that optical would probably be the best output.
