The broken vending machine

I returned the book on HMS Royal Oak after reading it.

I got out a 16mm film showing the capture of the U-505.

Umm... please read / re-read the OP.

You answer the poster above you on what you got out (based on what they put in) and then you post what you put back in - not the way the past page and a half have been going.

You all have been answering your own things :dunno:

Carry on...

I got out a napkin with a naughty limerick penned on it.

I put in this

I helped the 1969 lineup of King Crimson to stumble out.

I tossed in a well-worn left-handed infielder's glove.

I came back to return the now stale used up empire, but it didn't seem to fit.

I decided to toss in a well worn 45 of Instant Karma.

The infielder's glove was beckoning, seeming to suggest that I might have a few more innings left in me.
But when I reached in with my left arm to retrieve it, I got stuck.

Right next to the glove was a half used tube of KY with the cap missing.
I gave it a good squeeze and my arm slipped right out!

On the way out I realized that I still hadn't grabbed the fielder's glove and low and behold, it was nowhere to be seen.

Extracting my by now bruised arm from the machine which was beginning to make unnerving dinging sounds, I did brush up against a prerecorded CRO2 cassette tape of the Hounds.
This did fall out with great alacrity and so I spent the drive home listening to Drugland Weekend on a purple Panasonic Take a Tape which was left by the side of the road (with fresh batteries)

Don't these fools know, you have to take the electronics to a recycling center!
