So far so good - It's the first time I've used it so fingers crossed. I like the face on my 2000 more but the 3000 stacks better.

Cool beans that it's working well for you. It is a good looking unit, I think.
I have acquired a 700B so will be watching and asking for opinions on a matching pre. I hadn't seen the 3000 before, I like.
