The Name That Album thread

In an effort to stump the mighty @Mystic I’m staying away from anything classically hard and obscure. Sorry again for the rudimentary blacking out of the title.

I have this, one of the original "super group" sessions things of the late 1960s.

No Introduction Necessary
(1968)

Besides Jimmy Page, the players included John P. Jones, Albert Lee, Nicky Hopkins and Jim Sullivan.

The "Groot" in your post would be one Keith De Groot, whose (solo) LP this was supposed to be before it was highjacked by star sessionmen.
The original and actual 1968 album title is no introduction...
The Necessary was added in the 1984 reissue.

I stuck the ellipsis (...) after the first clue Groot...

First hint:
A beast of an album

This is the only LP released by the band Human Beast, a (genuine) PSYCH artifact from the late 1960s into 1970, the year this was issued:

The Human Beast
The Human Beast aka Volume I
(Decca, 1970)

One of the more rare PSYCH finds from a major label. A clean copy must be four-figures strong by 2022.

PS: I have this LP in vinyl and CD RI formats.
