Here's what promises to be an amusing little game inspired by my good friend John Oliver. It's played with a smart phone and utilizes the predictive text feature your phone has that offers suggestions for words you can use to follow the ones you've already typed. All you do is type two words and let your phone write the rest of the story.
For instance, I'll start with these two words, "The onion" and then I'll use just the words my phone suggests to come up with a paragraph of utter nonsense. Hopefully merriment will ensue:
"The onion and I don't know what it is my pants and I will call you on your cell phone even though the garage with humidity is a strange word to use for a couple of times that the previous owner doesn't make sense without it or just out of the Purple."
Isn't that great? Except for the first two words, my phone wrote it. Now you try it. Just type two words and then continue, using only suggestions supplied by your phone. Stop and apply a period when you can't take it any more.
