Michael Kollwitz - Rainbows. CD, 2012
Recorded live under the Banyan Tree in Lahaina.

Michael is one of the earliest musicians to play the Chapman Stick. He had just recently recorded this album when I experienced him play. Incredible music and instrument.

I found Savoy Brown's Blue Matter album at the local shop. It was their third record.

    Side 1 studio
    Side 2 live

    Pretty good tunes.

Eric Clapton ‎– Just One Night. 2x LP, 1980
Recorded Live at the Budokan, Japan, 1979.

Dang, I haven't played this since I bought it new. It looks brand new. Dang, it sounds listless.

Mine sounds real good. It is fun to try and figure out who is playing, Eric or Albert.

I got busted taping gfrr at the greek theatre in l.a. in the late 90s. They had me check my gear into security, gave me a claim ticket and let me back into the show. To my surprise, when I got my gear after the show the tape from the first set was still in the recorder.

To me there wasn't enough energy from the band and audience on most songs. I couldn't get into it.
