Good first season. Brosnan is great as Eli. The actor playing his son, Pete, is not the best actor. The actor playing the other son is better. A bit soapy at times, but I like it. Comanche scenes are well shot. Some of the 1850 Texas scenes, less so. I really like Eli's Comanche "dad." The Leonard Cohen montage finale was overwrought and too much like Sons of Anarchy. Looking forward to season 2 in 2018.
