Thanks. And Thanks to "y'all" for give 'n me a place to research stuff. great stuff. This is about 4months worth. It started with some cs-88's my neighbor was getting rid of. and i found this site......

Yea got a few recently that are very nice and some good CD's like Stones' Exile on Main Street and a couple of new in the plastic wrapper cassettes ,Foreigner & Robert Palmer.
The Thrift is addictive :)

I found a bunch of old merle haggard and early lorretta lynn in nm last week. sounds awesome. I play those hpm 60's you told me about everyday.

There's a pair of Realistic Nova-6's there now I don't need em but they say they're decent speakers.

I like those record bins. Looks like the kind of "thrift shop" bins we all dream of having in our own neighborhoods! :yes: :D
 
Wow! I was just going to comment on those bins, really nice! I bet you have lots of fun changing out components and figuring out what sounds best...
 
My next project is to see whats up with the Dual 1229 and Marantz 6100.
The Marantz plays, but will not play to the end of a record, so i gotta figure out whats up. The dual I have no idea, im guessing idler wheel is screwed. Those Techniques take a licking and keep on ticking! The Kenwood tt is nice, and it works, except the sound is barely audible, Not sure whats up with it. The NAD plays nice, just needs some fine tuning.
