    I saw him with one of those revamped Thunderbirds lineups awhile back.
    I know a lot of those post Vaughan T-Bird lineups were kinda meh, but this one was like a friggen' freight train. Stepehn Hodges on drums and Kid Ramos on guitar. Lordy.

    Jimmy Dawkins seems to get overshadowed by Otis Rush and Magic Sam in the west side sound, but I do like his style. Fast Fingers is a good disc to start with or anything on the Delmark label.
