I've got some running around to do, and I'm going to spin that one while driving.

I've seen him a couple of times, and the 1st time was crazy.
It was raining/drizzling, and he was running around the stage doing Hendrix covers, playing slide upside down, and jumping off of speaker cabinets.

I don't really love that album but I do think he plays a mean slide

Yeah, I find it a bit hit/miss, personally.

Alligator has put out a ton of great blues, but many of the 90s/2000s stuff has that going on.
A bit of a too slick house sound so to speak, IMO.

He’s definitely a guy to see live if you get the chance.
Quite the sight seeing someone slide up storm playing upside down on the fret hand.

I still think his take on Dark Was The Night is a classic.
