Both of these masterpieces were composed between 1893 and 1895 while Dvořák was director of the American Conservatory of Music in New York City.

Antonin Dvořák, Symphony No. 9 in E Minor "From the New World", Op. 95, B. 178.
Antonin Dvořák, Cello Concerto in B Minor, Op. 104, B 191. Soloist: Daniel Grab, Principal Cellist.

The Poway Symphony Orchestra's own Daniel Grab will be the soloist in this major concerto.
