Quite good, though not spectacular. A nice spacious recording, mostly smooth sounding with good impact. It's a 1995 recording.

Robert Kyr - Violin Concerto Trilogy
I'm setting up a few USB drives with music for the sound system in my new car and played this for the first time in quite a while. It immediately brought to mind an early morning drive up Newfound Gap Road in Great Smokey Mountains National Park. The clouds were hanging low in the mountains and swirling around as we made our way to Newfound Gap. This was the soundtrack for that drive. The sun broke through just as we got to New Found Gap. We parked there and hiked along the Appalachian Trail towards Clingman's Dome. Just one of many memorable drives/hikes we've had in that park over the past 10 years.
