    Thank you for this reply, Andy. I agree with any of your words.

    I don't know what happened to our heros when 1979 turned into 1980. I will never understand why they all together decided to produce pop music. Why did they sell their musical integrity to the Zeitgeist??? Just because of this: $$$? Even the McLaughlin albums of those days are almost nothing else than shit.

    Yes, I think the last release from him that I really enjoyed was the "Electric Guitarist" album.
